Fees for services are quoted in writing and confirmed before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due as stated in the quote or invoice. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Not a bank or payment provider
iEquity AI LLC is not a bank, financial institution, or payment service provider. We do not hold, transfer, or manage client funds. Any banking or financial decisions are made directly between the client and the relevant licensed institution.
5. No guaranteed outcomes
iEquity AI LLC does not guarantee specific business, operational, residency, banking, or regulatory outcomes.
Business environments, financial institutions, and regulatory frameworks may change over time and remain outside the company’s control.
6. Client responsibilities
Clients and website users are responsible for providing accurate, lawful, and complete information during communications and operational processes, and for ensuring their own use of our services complies with applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
Website content, branding, visual materials, written content, and operational materials remain the property of iEquity AI LLC unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied or reused without permission.
