These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the iEquity AI LLC (“iEquity”, “we”, “us”) website, communications, and related business services. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using this website or engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and our applicable policies, including our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. Business services
iEquity AI LLC provides software development, mobile applications, web platforms, backend/API integration, AI automation and related technical consulting. Armenia-related corporate and administrative support, where agreed, is scoped separately.
The written proposal or service agreement defines the scope, deliverables, delivery method, milestones, client responsibilities, acceptance criteria and fees before work begins. Any ongoing maintenance or support is included only when expressly agreed.
3. Pricing & payment
Fixed-price packages and their inclusions are listed on our Services & Pricing page. Each package shows its base price and final amount payable in Armenian dram (AMD). Final prices are calculated as base plus 9%, rounded up to 0.01 AMD, to include the company’s tax and payment-processing cost allowance. This is part of the published service price, identical for all payment methods; no VAT or card-specific surcharge is added. Custom development is quoted separately. Online card payments for confirmed invoices are processed through Inecobank. The checkout shows the final AMD total before payment. The detailed sales terms below apply together with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Ordering, payment & delivery
1. Select a package and confirm your order
Send the package name or reference to [email protected]. We confirm suitability, availability, scope, required materials and the start date in writing. An inquiry alone creates no payment obligation. Your order is accepted when both parties confirm the scope and terms in writing. You receive an invoice/order reference before paying.
2. Review the final amount
The invoice identifies the seller, package, deliverables, total AMD amount, tax treatment, due date and payment schedule. Fixed packages are paid once, in full, after order confirmation and before work starts. There is no automatic renewal or recurring charge. Extra work, licenses, hosting and third-party subscriptions require a separate written quote and your consent; they are not added silently. Your bank may apply its own conversion rate or fees if your card/account uses another currency.
3. Online card payment
Card payments use Inecobank’s hosted payment page. On iEquity, enter your name, email and confirmed invoice/agreement reference and review the exact AMD total. Enter card details only on the bank page and complete any issuer authentication there. A payment is treated as paid only after server verification of the bank response. Keep your transaction reference; you may request a receipt on the payment result page or contact us. If the result is uncertain, do not pay again: send us your order reference so we can check. A declined or cancelled attempt is not a completed payment; temporary holds are handled by your issuing bank.
4. Digital delivery and review
These packages are services delivered remotely; no physical goods or shipping are involved. Calls are held online and written deliverables are sent as PDF documents or secure links to your agreed email address. The delivery period starts on the confirmed start date after payment and receipt of the required brief, materials and access. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding Armenian public holidays. If required client input is delayed, we notify you and agree an updated schedule. We notify you promptly of a delivery delay and offer a revised date or cancellation/refund for the undelivered portion under the refund policy.
Each package includes one consolidated clarification/revision round within its stated scope, requested within 7 calendar days of delivery. New requirements need a separate quote. Please report missing, inaccessible or materially non-conforming deliverables to [email protected] with the order reference and a description. We review the issue and arrange correction, redelivery or an appropriate refund. This review window does not remove mandatory legal rights or make silence acceptance of defective work.
5. Separate services and app-store purchases
The apps shown in our portfolio are not included in these service packages. Purchases billed by Apple App Store or Google Play use that store’s checkout, price, delivery and refund process. Armenia Center administrative services and personal advisory engagements on madahzadeh.com are separately scoped and are not sold through these IT packages. No package guarantees app-store approval, search rankings, revenue or a banking outcome.
4. Not a bank or payment provider
iEquity AI LLC is not a bank or payment service provider. We receive fees for our own contracted services; we do not offer custody, remittance or payment processing for third parties. Banking decisions and account approvals are made by the relevant financial institution.
5. No guaranteed outcomes
iEquity AI LLC does not guarantee specific business, operational, residency, banking, or regulatory outcomes.
Business environments, financial institutions, and regulatory frameworks may change over time and remain outside the company’s control.
6. Client responsibilities
Clients and website users are responsible for providing accurate, lawful, and complete information during communications and operational processes, and for ensuring their own use of our services complies with applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
Website content, branding, visual materials, written content, and operational materials remain the property of iEquity AI LLC unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied or reused without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, iEquity AI LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, operational, financial, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or related business interactions.
9. Third-party services
Certain services, tools, or external platforms referenced through this website may operate independently under their own policies and conditions, for which we are not responsible.
10. Modifications
Updated website terms apply to orders placed after the published effective date. An existing confirmed order remains governed by the version accepted when it was placed, unless a change is required by law or both parties expressly agree in writing.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of the Republic of Armenia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.
Accounting service orders
AC-01 is a one-time payment for three months of accounting services delivered through an accountant in Armenia. The written agreement must identify the client, start and end dates, accounting tasks, document requirements, reporting deadlines and any transaction-volume limits before payment. The published price comprises a base of 87,000 AMD and a 7,830 AMD company cost allowance: the final service price is 94,830 AMD. This price accounts for the company’s tax and payment-processing costs and is identical for all payment methods. No VAT is charged. There is no card surcharge or automatic renewal. Additional work requires a separate written quote and approval. Software licences, audit opinions or other professional engagements are not included unless expressly agreed. The customer must provide complete documents by the agreed deadlines; any effect of missing information on delivery is communicated in writing.
Payments for existing invoices
Use the invoice payment page only for an invoice or agreement already confirmed by iEquity AI LLC. Enter its reference and final payable amount in AMD, including any tax shown on that invoice. This form adds no tax or card surcharge. An agreed instalment may be paid using the same invoice reference.
We reconcile the received payment with the issued invoice before fulfilling the service. A successful card payment confirms receipt of that amount; it does not automatically confirm that the full invoice balance has been paid or change the agreed service scope. The agreed delivery and published refund terms still apply. Contact [email protected] promptly if you enter an incorrect amount or reference.
Custom base-amount payments
The custom-payment form calculates the published final service price from an agreed base amount using base × 1.09, rounded up to 0.01 AMD. The included allowance accounts for company tax and payment-processing costs; it is not VAT or a card-specific surcharge. The final total is the same for all payment methods. The customer reviews the server-calculated amount before a bank payment link is created.
An already-issued final invoice must be paid using the final-invoice form, without adding the allowance again. Existing agreements, invoices and payment links are not automatically repriced. Payment does not expand the agreed scope; reconciliation and the published refund policy still apply.
