API integration & automation: before you start
Practical answers for teams considering a first integration. The agreed proposal defines the deliverables, fees and support for your project.
Can you connect the software we already use?
We assess the systems, required records and permitted access before confirming feasibility. Share the product names, your subscription tiers and links to API or connector documentation. Availability of an API alone does not establish that every operation you need is supported.
Do we need AI for our automation?
Not necessarily. Rules and API connections may be enough for transferring records, validating fields or assigning tasks. AI can be considered for less structured inputs such as free-text requests, with a review step where mistakes matter.
What determines the price of an integration?
The number of systems, data mapping, access constraints, migration needs, exception handling and acceptance tests affect the scope. Custom development is quoted separately. Identify recurring vendor subscriptions, hosting and support alongside the build cost. Read the cost planning checklist.
How long will the project take?
A delivery estimate follows a review of the workflow and dependencies. Access approvals, vendor restrictions, data quality and the availability of your reviewers can affect the schedule. The proposal should identify milestones and client responsibilities; a universal completion time would be misleading.
What happens if the integration stops working?
Agree how failures are detected, who receives alerts and how work resumes before release. Monitoring, response times and ongoing maintenance must be specified in the support scope. See the handover checklist.
What should we send to request a proposal?
Send the systems involved, the current manual process, approximate volume and a description of a successful result. Use anonymised examples. Do not send passwords, API keys or customer records in an initial enquiry. The project worksheet gives you a reusable brief.

Services & prices lists our fixed-price IT and accounting packages. Custom development is quoted separately. Confirm the scope and invoice before paying. Use the package checkout for its stated price, or Pay an invoice to enter the final AMD amount of an existing invoice or agreed instalment. No extra tax or card fee is added to the invoice amount. Card payments are processed through Inecobank. App-store purchases follow the relevant store’s billing and refund process.
Refunds and cancellations are handled according to our published policy, which depends on the service and how much work has been completed. Full details are available on our Refund & Cancellation page.
