iEquity AI LLC (“iEquity”, “we”, “us”) respects the privacy of website visitors, business contacts, and clients interacting with our services and platforms. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have in relation to it.

Cardholder & payment information

Online card checkout is not currently offered on this website. Service fees, currency and available payment methods are confirmed in the written quote or invoice before payment.

Please do not send full card numbers, card security codes (CVV/CVC), PINs or one-time banking passwords through our contact forms, email or chat. For payment-related questions, contact [email protected].

How payment information is handled

Current operation: we use your name, business/contact information, order details, invoice records, amounts and payment references to confirm and deliver services, reconcile payments and handle refunds or disputes. There is no card-entry form or active online card checkout on iequity.co at this time.

Planned card payment: once activated, card entry and authentication will take place on the acquiring bank/payment processor’s hosted page under its privacy notice. The planned integration will not ask iEquity to receive or store the full card number, CVV/CVC, PIN or authentication passwords. The bank may return transaction status, amount, currency, references and limited masked card information where supplied. The exact live payment flow and relevant processor notice will be identified before card collection starts.

Order and transaction records are used for contract performance, customer support, accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Access is limited to people and providers who need the data for those purposes. Relevant records may be shared with the acquiring/issuing banks and payment processors to investigate a payment, refund or dispute, and with accounting/legal advisers or authorities when required. We do not sell cardholder data or use card authentication details for marketing.

We retain invoice and transaction records for applicable accounting/legal requirements and the resolution of active disputes, then delete or anonymize them when no longer required. We may verify identity using proportionate order information; we will not ask for a CVV, PIN or banking password.
