Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to professional services provided by iEquity AI LLC (“iEquity”, “we”, “us”) to its clients (“you”). By engaging our services or completing a payment, you agree to the terms below. This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

1. Nature of our services

iEquity AI LLC provides professional, consulting, and corporate-support services. Because these are service-based engagements rather than physical goods, refund eligibility depends on the stage of work completed at the time a cancellation request is received.

2. Cancellation by the client

You may request cancellation of an engagement at any time by written notice to [email protected]. The applicable refund is determined as follows:

  • Before work begins: if you cancel before any work has started, you are eligible for a full refund of amounts paid, less any non-refundable third-party or government fees already incurred.
  • After work has begun: if work has started, we refund amounts paid minus the value of work already performed and any third-party or government fees already incurred.
  • After completion: once a service has been fully delivered, fees for that service are non-refundable.

3. Non-refundable items

The following are non-refundable in all cases, as they are paid to third parties or expended on your behalf:

  • Government, state-registry, notary, and official filing fees.
  • Third-party service charges (e.g. translation, courier, external providers).
  • Work or deliverables that have already been completed and provided to you.

4. Cancellation by iEquity

We may decline or discontinue an engagement if we are unable to complete it for legal, compliance, or operational reasons, or if required documentation is not provided. In such cases, you will be refunded for any services paid for but not yet performed, less non-refundable items described above.

5. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method whenever possible. Refunds are typically processed within [[7–14]] business days of approval. The time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer and is outside our control.

6. How to request a refund

To request a refund or cancellation, contact us in writing at [email protected] with your name, the service concerned, and the payment reference. We aim to acknowledge requests within [[2–3]] business days.

This policy is provided for general information and does not limit any rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of the Republic of Armenia. Where mandatory law grants you greater protection, that law prevails.
